Pottery Workshops
$95 (plus Eventbrite fees)
The intro classes are intended for those that want to try throwing pottery on the wheel. No experience necessary. There will be 30ish minutes of demonstration then the instructor will supervise as students make a bowl and then are free to throw another item of their choosing.

Our Private Group Classes are a fun curated experience for both adults or kids, and great for birthdays, anniversaries, team building events, or just a new fun activity to try with your friends! Whatever the celebration, come try taking a pottery workshop here at Poppy + Pot!

This 3-part workshop option is intended for people that have some pottery experience and are looking to improve on specific techniques. We start by discuss which parts of the pottery process you'd like to improve on or particular items you'd like to make and then I'll curate the class around that. Whatever it is you'd like to work on, we're here to help!

Wanna do something really special for your significant other? This 2-part private date night workshop is a romantic twist on our private classes. Included are dozen red roses and a bottle of wine to enjoy while you guys get covered in clay! We also turn down the lights and add some mood lighting to make things extra special.

We've created a child friendly approach to making pottery on the wheel! This is a 2-part workshop where kids get to try throwing pottery and then come back at a later date to paint their art. Everything is included in this one hour workshop and it's intended for children ages 6-13.

Join us for a romantic evening of pottery, laughter, light refreshments and a little wine with your boo! Learn to throw a bowl on the wheel with the assistance of your partner and then you'll return at a later date to glaze your masterpiece.

Play in Clay with Kev invites participants to explore hand-building pottery using pinch pot and coil techniques in this multi day workshop at the Sierra 2 Center in Curtis Park!

Get hands-on with clay in this fun, beginner-friendly pottery class! In part one participants will learn the basics of slab building as Kev guides you step by step to create a personalized mug or bud vase using provided templates and tools. Part two students will return to glaze their pieces and explore different decorating techniques.
